We use photo-realistic 3D modelling software for consultation, design, and precise budgeting. This allows our clients to make changes to the design before a financial commitment is made. Our first step in the design process is understanding the client’s needs and the needs of the children that use the space. This includes consultation workshops that enable children and young people to articulate their desires for the space.

The design process

Once the design brief has been agreed with our client, we start the creative process. Our expert team creates a comprehensive set of drawings of the space, which are presented to the client alongside a photo-realistic 3D design. Prior to construction, we provide our clients with a detailed quote for the project, showing different costing options for project execution.
